Austria Similar to Malta, an Austria passport offers plenty of travel options to other countries, including  visa free or visa upon  arrival at 189 countries, including all of Europe.  It does come at a price however significantly higher than other European options.  The cost for an Austrian passport is a minimum 3 million Euro contribution.
