I’ve got some exciting updates to share with you regarding the progress of a few real estate projects down there that could double as both solid investments and landing pads for you.

But first, let’s take a little refresher on why expats love Belize.

A Refresher on Belize

Ah, Belize. It’s been a popular destination among expats for years for good reason.

Perhaps the main reason Belize is so popular, aside from its warm climate and natural beauty, is that the official language is English. When you are looking at a Plan B or retirement destination, it’s definitely a plus that makes settling in much easier.

It’s pretty easy to get to Belize with direct flights available from many cities in both the United States and Canada. Yes, there are actually direct flights from Canada!

Known for its world-class scuba diving, ancient Mayan ruins, and eco-adventures, Belize is a fabulous destination for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.

It also has a well-established banking system known for the privacy it affords its clientele, making it an excellent option for your personal and business banking affairs.

Ambergris Caye: Your Piece of Paradise

While there’s so much to explore in Belize, Ambergris Caye is where most of the action is. This 26-mile-long island just off the coast accounts for two-thirds of the tourist revenue for all of Belize. Featuring the second-largest coral reef in the world, it is a diver’s paradise.

White-sand beaches, excellent local cuisine, and friendly locals make this island the whole package.

Simply hop on a flight or a ferry from the mainland to discover this paradise for yourself.
